ESG First Meeting On March 2, 2021
The newly established "Center for Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (Center for ESG) will begin to hold activities for the spring 2021 semester. The Center for ESG is a new research center founded by Professor Chan-Yuan Wong, Professor Ker-shuan Chieh, and Professor Kyoung Shih in the Institution of Technology Management at NTHU. We aim to conduct varieties of research related to ESG. This semester, our researchers will work on the role of civil society organization in following issue:
1. Rural development
2. Private governance in labor relations
3. Corporate gender diversity
We will hold regular colloquiums throughout the semester to share our work-in-progress research. The tentative agenda for our first meeting is the following:
＊ Introduce the Center
＊ Acquirant and (Re-)connect with each other
＊ Scheduled regular colloquium meetings
