1.Before the end of the first semester of the second academic year (early January), doctoral students at our institute must complete the confirmation ofthe dissertation advisor and filled the relevant forms in attachments then send to the office.

博士生論文proposal申請表詳如附件。
1.論文proposal與口試須間隔一學期(6個月)
2.proposal進行前2週將日期、委員資料Email至系所提出申請
3.proposal進行前1週將資料寄給所有口試委員，未能完成者當次口試無效。

Application Form for Dissertation Proposal, please see the attached file.
1.Submit dissertation proposal at least one semester before the dissertation defense. (6 months)
2.Email the date and oratory committee information to ITM’s office two weeks before the dissertation proposal.
3.Send the information to all theoratory committee members a week before the dissertation proposal. If the student fails to do so, the dissertation defenseis invalid.

1.口試進行前2週至校務資訊系統提出申請。
2.口試進行前2週填妥附件表單，連同校務資訊系統學位口試的申請表與相關文件全數繳交回系所辦公室。
3.口試前1週將資料寄給審查委員，未能完成者當次口試無效。

1.Apply on NTHU Academic Information Systems two weeks before the dissertation defense. 
2.Fill all the relevant forms and send to the ITM's office two weeks before the dissertation defense.
3.Send the information to all the examination committee members a week before the dissertation defense. If the student fails to do so, the dissertation defense is invalid.

1.AACSB評量表於口試進行時提供給審查委員進行評量。
2.每位評審委員皆須填寫一份，完成後簽名。
3.完成後與口試評分單共同繳回系所辦公室。
